Our coffee has a birthday where our roaster certifies when your coffee was actually roasted and bagged. For best results, we recommend that you use the coffee within 6 months of the roasting date and within 30 days after opening.
Each and every bag is custom roasted, upon your order, just for you! We will happily grind it to your desired level, as well, free of charge.
