These are 100% premium, Arabica beans (Tipica 80%, Caturra 20%). These delicious coffee beans were shade-grown in the higher altitudes of the Caranavi region of Bolivia for the richest flavor possible.

These fabulous beans were produced under the shading canopy of native trees. These beans were then depulped and washed using pure Andes glacier-melt water, sun-dried on wooden table tops and then hand selected by Aymara Indian women food graders.

These coffee beans have also been certified by the Smithsonian Migratory Bird Center as Bird-Friendly® so drink with comfort knowing that you are drinking eco-friendly coffee!

Our coffee will have a "Roasting Date" where our roaster certifies when your coffee was actually roasted and bagged. For best results, we recommend that you use the coffee within 6 months of the roasting date and within 30 days after opening.
