They will not drink anything else - and will reject "dirty water" (i.e. anything that is not espresso) if offered. The coffee culture as we know it originated there. Did you know that Italians take their coffee so seriously, they will not frequent a place with bad coffee and will forgo it at restaurants to have their own perfectly brewed pot at home? Si!


    French roast coffees are dark and more oily while Italian roast coffee is a rich brown color and should have very little or no oil on the beans. Try our Italian Espresso coffee and see if it's not as close to Italy without actually being there!
