Brazilian Coffee
Brazilians are known for a lot of things....steakhouses, the Samba, bikini waxing, Adriana Lima.....and coffee.
Brazilian coffee lends itself to being a very bright and flavorful coffee with a unique and distinctive aftertaste. It's been described as having a wet aroma and a dry fragrance. Brazilian coffee tends to be at its best when roasted at Full City or Vienna level, or you can have it roasted slightly longer to use as a base for espresso or cappuccino.
